Falling:

I think this entire time I’ve been doing it all wrong — you have to have a working stable loving relationship with yourself … I was on that path for a bit a couple years ago, but seemed to have drifted far off. You can’t just “fake it, ‘till you make it” when it comes to self-acceptance & self-worth.
I know how to pull myself out of this hole I’ve dug myself into. We always know what to do, but that’s the thing, doing what’s right / what’s best is one of the hardest things to do. The question of why consciousness exists can be answered simply by stating that it’s a way for everyone one of us to have the self-awareness to make changes and be the best version of ourselves we can be.
Wandering re-establishes the original harmony which once excited between [human] and the universe. — Anatole France
Discovering You:
In order to know you know who you are, you have to let go of every idea you’ve ever had of yourself. Start from the bottom, you should fall in love withyourself and accept yourself and that doesn’t mean acknowledging it and/or ignoring that means really loving yourself for who you are at the core despite whatever flaws you may have at the end of the day you’re perfect. In doing so, you’ll not only feel more whole you’ll begin to recognize your self-worth, start to take care of yourself better and realize what truly works for you and what doesn’t. Losing myself in the midst of a chaotic thunderstorm that is my life was the most tragic yet beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced. And I still haven’t completely figured out who I am ha.
